What you get on paper

- Enhanced DBS — mandatory for every coach before they work with children.
- Public Liability Insurance — certificate available on request.
- Written safeguarding policy, reviewed January 2026, with a named DSL and deputy.
- Annual safeguarding training for all staff, refreshed every 12 months.
- First aid trained lead coaches, with emergency procedures on site.
- Safer recruitment — two references, ID and qualification checks, and three months shadowing.
