Good with kids? We're always looking.
Holiday camps and after-school clubs across five North London boroughs. If you've got the right attitude, we'll help you get the rest.
What we're after
Attitude first. The qualifications can follow.
- You actually like children. It shows in about four minutes, and it can't be trained.
- You'll be reliable. Parents plan their working week around us being there.
- Any sport, or none in particular. Multi-sport coaches are as useful to us as specialists.
- Arts, crafts and quieter activities count too. Not every child wants to run for seven hours.
- Experience with SEN or additional needs is genuinely valued here.
What you get
We'll get you checked and trained
Enhanced DBS and safeguarding training are required before you work with children — and we'll support you through both rather than expecting you to turn up with them.
You won't be thrown in
Every new coach shadows the safeguarding lead or an experienced coach for the first three months. Nobody runs a group alone on day one.
Work that fits around things
Holiday camps run in school holidays, clubs run after school. It suits students, teachers, and people building coaching hours around something else.
How to apply
No portal, no application tracking system. It's a small team.
1 · Email us
Tell us who you are, what you've done, and why you fancy it. A few honest paragraphs beat a polished CV.
2 · Have a chat
An informal conversation, then a proper interview. We'll take two references and check your ID and qualifications.
3 · Get started
DBS and safeguarding sorted, induction done, then three months shadowing before you lead your own group.
Fancy it?
Send us a few lines about yourself. We read everything, and we reply either way.
